At SriNidhieNumerologist, we strive to provide valuable insights and high-quality digital services to all our clients. Since our offerings include personalized consultations, digital reports, workshops, and online events, the following Refund & Return Policy applies:

1. Digital Products & Services

• All purchases, including numerology reports, consultations, workshops, and online courses, are digital and personalized.
• No physical products are shipped.
• Once a digital product or service is delivered/access provided, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

• Consultations & Workshops:
  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a full refund or reschedule at our discretion.
  • No refunds will be processed for cancellations within 24 hours of the event/session start time.
• Digital Reports (e.g., Numerology or Astrology reports):
  • Once a report has been created and delivered, it is non-refundable as it is a custom service prepared exclusively for you.

3. Technical Issues

• If you experience any technical problems accessing paid digital content, please contact us at contact@srinidhienumerologist.com within 48 hours of purchase.
• We will either:
  1. Re-send access links or reports, OR
  2. Offer an alternative solution.

No refunds will be processed for issues caused by factors outside our control (e.g., poor internet connection on the client’s side).

4. International Customers

• Payments made in currencies other than INR may be subject to foreign exchange fees and local taxes/VAT, which are non-refundable.
• Please ensure compliance with local laws before purchasing our services.
